This Legal Notice governs access to and use of the website talqi.io (hereinafter, the «Website»), in accordance with Spanish Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), and other applicable legislation.

Any person accessing this Website assumes the status of user (hereinafter, the «User») and commits to strict compliance with the provisions contained herein.

The Website's purpose is to provide information about talqi's services: the design, configuration, deployment and operation of conversational AI agents for businesses, operating across various messaging channels, including — but not limited to — WhatsApp Business API, Instagram Messaging API, Telegram, integrated web chat, and other channels that talqi may incorporate in the future.

This Legal Notice applies to all activities on the Website, including browsing, use of contact forms, requests for audits or demonstrations, and any other interaction between the User and the Website.

3. Access and use conditions

Access to the Website is free and does not require prior registration, except for the contracting of services.

3.1. User commitments

The User commits to:

• ●Making diligent and lawful use of the Website, in accordance with applicable law, morality, good customs and public order.
• ●Not using the Website for illegal, fraudulent purposes or in any way that infringes the rights of third parties.
• ●Not introducing viruses, malicious programmes or carrying out actions that could alter or interrupt the Website's operation.
• ●Not attempting to access restricted areas or the computer systems of talqi or third parties.
• ●Not reproducing, distributing or modifying content without prior written authorisation.

3.2. Minors

The Website and talqi's services are directed exclusively at professionals and businesses. Data from minors is not collected intentionally.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

All Website content — texts, images, logos, icons, graphic design, the «talqi» brand, the double hexagon icon, system prompt templates, source code and navigation structure — is protected by Spanish and international intellectual and industrial property law.

Any reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation, in whole or in part, without prior express written authorisation from talqi is expressly prohibited.

5. Exclusion of warranties and liability

talqi is not liable, to the extent permitted by law, for damages arising from:

• ●Unavailability, lack of maintenance or continuity of the Website, as well as errors in its content.
• ●The presence of viruses or harmful elements that could affect the User's systems.
• ●Illegal, negligent or fraudulent use of the Website by the User.
• ●Lack of truthfulness, accuracy or currency of merely informational content.

talqi reserves the right to suspend, modify or interrupt access to the Website without prior notice.

6. Third-party links

The Website may contain links to third-party websites. talqi exercises no control over them and is not responsible for their content or privacy policies.

In particular, the service operates through third-party APIs and platforms (Meta Platforms, Telegram, Anthropic, among others). talqi is not responsible for the policies, terms of service or decisions of such providers that may affect the availability or functionality of the service.

7. Personal data protection

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy (talqi.io/privacidad). In summary:

• ●Recipients: data will not be transferred except by legal obligation or for service delivery (sub-processors: Anthropic PBC, AWS, Meta Platforms, and other supported messaging channel providers)

• ●Retention: for the duration of the contractual relationship or consent, plus subsequent legal retention periods

8. Cookie and web analytics policy

8.1. Cloudflare Web Analytics

The Website uses Cloudflare as its DNS and CDN provider. Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled by default on Cloudflare-managed domains. This service collects performance and usage metrics in a privacy-respecting manner: it does not use cookies, localStorage, or user fingerprinting. Data is processed in aggregate and anonymous form via a JavaScript beacon (beacon.min.js). Cloudflare does not sell data or create advertising profiles.

Since Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies or identify individual users, it does not require prior consent under Article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE.

8.2. Technical cookies

The Website may use strictly necessary technical cookies for its operation (session, language preferences, cookie banner state). These cookies do not require prior consent as they are essential for browsing.

8.3. Third-party cookies

If third-party analytical (e.g. Google Analytics) or advertising cookies are added in the future, the User will be informed via a consent banner before installation, allowing acceptance, rejection or configuration of non-technical cookies.

Users can manage cookies at any time through their browser settings.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of disputes, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona, unless mandatory jurisdiction rules apply.
